Acts as the school level environmental framework for the learning professional.
Wales has invested in the schools as learning organisations model through its relationship with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The regions and other middle tier organisations have begun considering the application of the model to their own work. There is a significant evidence base supporting the schools as learning organisations work over time.
