Personalised Assessments: key reminders and resources for 2026 to 2027
Headteachers, please remember that, before staff can access the personalised assessment system, schedule new assessments and view reports that support learning, teaching and progression planning, you must first accept the headteacher agreement on the Hwb website for the 2026 to 2027 school year and review staff functions.
To access reports and schedule personalised assessments, make sure your learner information is up to date in your MIS and that you run the Hwb provisioning client regularly. The Personalised Assessments Administration Handbook 2026 to 2027 sets out the requirements this school year. Remember, the User Guide within the personalised assessment system provides more detailed information on administering the assessments and practical guidance on making the best use of the system. Schedule your assessments early to secure your preferred dates.
