Join the Literacy Practitioner Network
The Welsh Government is seeking expressions of interest from practitioners to join the new National Literacy Practitioner Network.
The Network will support the delivery of the literacy elements of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Plan by ensuring that practitioner perspectives help shape guidance, supporting materials and future developments in literacy education across Wales.
We welcome expressions of interest from practitioners working across a range of sectors, settings and language categories.
Expressions of interest
To express an interest, please email LLC.Correspondence@gov.wales with a brief summary of your relevant experience and expertise in literacy education, a short statement outlining why you would like to join the Network and the contribution you could make, and confirmation that participation has been approved by your headteacher, manager or senior leadership team.
Expressions of interest will open on 15 September 2026 and close on 13 October 2026.
