7. The Seren Team
There is a team of Seren Co-ordinators working across Wales to support a learner’s journey through the programme. The Seren co-ordinators will liaise with schools and further education colleges and act as the main point of contact for learners, teachers, tutors, parents, and carers.
A Seren coordinator will guide learners through a programme of activities, provide in-person activities for learners and be there for guidance and support as learners progress through the various stages. Seren coordinators also work as a team to provide wider opportunities across Wales such as residential opportunities with leading universities and all-Wales competitions.
