What support will be provided
Explains the support that will be available.
Throughout the programme you will be guided by a dedicated Leadership Coach.
The key responsibilities of the Leadership Coach will be to:
- provide ongoing professional feedback to each participant
- support the participant in reflection of the 360 assessment and facilitate leadership conversations, based on personal leadership growth
- support the selection of the leadership experience
- act as a ‘broker’ between the Host Head and participant to ensure that the participant is given support, time and opportunity to carry out the leadership experience and other agreed tasks
- support the participant in constructing their Headship entry profile
Your headteacher or employer will also be expected to provide support during the programme as outlined in the What are the expectations on my current employer section.
The National Programme Director will also be on hand to support participants with operational elements of the programme.
