Downloading files from your Networks

To view and download files from an archived Network, you must be the Network Owner or Network Manager. If you are not an Owner or Manager, you will not be able to access and download the files held within that Network.

Important: access ends on 30th November

Archived Hwb Networks will be removed from 30th November. If you need to retain any files or information from a Network, please access it and download everything you need before this date.

We recommend checking your Networks as soon as possible to make sure you have saved any content you wish to keep.

Network owners are responsible for managing the migration of content and members to their chosen replacement tool.

Alternative tools available through Hwb

There will be 3 alternative solutions available through Hwb:

• Microsoft Teams

• Google Classroom

• The new network tool available on Hwb which supports discussions and the sharing of files directly from OneDrive and Google Drive
