Help and support

If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available.

Meic

Meic is the helpline service for children and young people up to the age of 25 in Wales. Call on 080 880 23456, text 07943 114 449, or use the online chat service.

Childline

You can contact Childline about anything, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call 0800 1111 for free or have a 1-2-1 counsellor chat online.

Samaritans

To talk about anything that is upsetting you, you can contact Samaritans 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can call 116 123 for free, use the online chat service, email jo@samaritans.org, or find your nearest branch for face-to-face support. You can also call the Welsh Language Line on 0808 164 0123 (7pm to 11pm every day).

Mind

If you are finding things hard, Mind can provide advice and support to help you through. You can call on 0300 102 1234 (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
