School Data Sharing Agreement

All schools must enter into the Hwb School Data Sharing Agreement (DSA). The agreement is between the school and Welsh Government and sets out the respective responsibilities relating to the processing of personal data to enable staff and learners to access Hwb.
The DSA is a legal document and must be entered into by a school’s headteacher or a member of the senior leadership team acting on their behalf.
Accepting the Hwb School Data Sharing Agreement
Log in to Hwb and navigate to https://hwb.gov.wales/dsa to accept the DSA on behalf of your school - a user support guide is available.
