Reactivating Hwb accounts
- Part of
Digital Champions and Hwb Administrators must review all non-MIS accounts they are responsible for before the end of an academic year.
Non-MIS accounts that have not been extended beyond their specified activation period or beyond 31 August will be automatically deactivated.
Non-MIS accounts without sign in activity during the last 90 days will be deactivated for security reasons. Accounts deactivated for this reason can be reactivated any time by the dashboard or school administrator. This will not affect the account expiry date.
