Sources of well-being support for schools
Lists a range of well-being services and sources of support available to school staff and learners across the seven local health boards in Wales.
This list highlights national and local services that support children and young people’s mental health and well-being, they are not for emergency response. If you have immediate concerns about a young person’s mental health crisis please call 999.
If a child or young person shares a concern with you, remember that you are their trusted adult and reaching out often takes courage. Alongside signposting them to the right services, help them take the first step by supporting them to make contact, send a message, or by making a professional referral where appropriate. Following up with them to see how things are going can make a real difference in ensuring they receive the support they need.
