Programme overview
The programme runs over 8 weeks (January to March 2026) and includes:
- face-to-face learning sessions
- online self-directed modules
- online peer support discussions
- time for reflection and classroom practice
All programme content is available in Welsh and English.
You’ll be part of a cohort of 60 educators from across Wales. Groups will be allocated by role, region and language preference.
We’re accepting participants on a first come, first served basis. We will ensure that educators from all parts of Wales are represented.

Funding support
Welsh Government is providing £1000 per participant to cover all costs. This includes:
- supply cover
- travel
- accommodation
The £1000 flat fee is only available during this pilot phase. Therefore, this is a unique opportunity to take part in shaping a national wellbeing initiative.
How to register
Eligibility criteria
- Only one participant per school can join the pilot.
- You’ll be expected to attend all sessions unless emergencies arise.
- Participants will contribute to an independent evaluation through feedback and optional interviews.
